According to the Huffington Post, Ellen Barkin tweeted that as she was almost home--walking--she saw people (presumably occupy Wall St. protesters) gettng arrested near her home by NYC police. She was apparently upset that they were not actually protesting at the time, but jaywalking. When Barkin intervened, the police shoved her to the ground. Later she tweeted that she was not shoved to the ground, that she was just josteled. She tweeted some profane language towards the police, said, "Shame on you." and tweeted F U to Mayor Bloomberg and everyone "goose-stepping" behind you.
